The course runs over 4 consecutive days with each session lasting approximately 90 minutes. On completion of the course participants will have mastered the technique and be able to practice anywhere, anytime.
During the first session you receive one to one instruction and learn the mechanics of how to meditate. By the end of the session you know the fundamentals of the technique and are able to practice on your own at home.
Over the following three sessions the technique is super refined. At the completion of the course you have practical experience combined with deep theoretical understanding that allows you to practice entirely on your own. Once you learn the technique you have it for life.
